The short version of what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you.
Using the site
FishingSheeps is available for personal, non-commercial browsing. Please don't scrape the catalogue, resell our designs, or use the site in a way that breaks it for other people.
Pre-launch and preorders
The shop is not open for purchases yet. Registering interest in a design or joining the launch list reserves nothing, costs nothing and creates no contract of sale — it just means we'll email you when that item can be bought.
Prices, products and stock
Prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable. Product details, sizes, availability and prices come from our print-on-demand partner and can change before launch. Sizes shown are EU equivalents of the manufacturer's letter sizes and are indicative, not exact garment measurements.
Your designs and submissions
When you use the customizer or send us a pun, you confirm you have the right to the text and artwork you upload, and you give us permission to produce and show it. We may decline anything unlawful, hateful or infringing someone else's rights.
Our content
The FishingSheeps name, artwork, product photography and site copy belong to us. Please ask before reusing them.
Changes
We'll update these terms as the shop moves from pre-launch to open — most notably with ordering, shipping and returns terms once checkout goes live.
